We have extensive experience in the structuring of stock option plans for listed companies, among which are an international soft drinks manufacturer, PCSystems, a Greek systems integration company, Unisystems, a Greek IT software and hardware solutions company, the Agricultural Bank of Greece and Inform Lykos, a Greek company specialised in information management systems. We have advised clients in personnel restructuring programmes, including negotiations with the employees and unions.
