We provide a seamless cross-border service to our clients and are able to bridge the legal and cultural gaps between foreign investors and local counterparts. PI Partners is a young firm which, since its foundation 10 years ago, has grown dynamically and developed a strong market presence. Our experience includes acting in some of the largest and most complex transactions to have taken place in the countries in which we practice.

  • PI Partners advises GEK Construction Group on the financing of the construction of a 435 MW CCGT Power Plant with a project value of €280m.
