Yannis Stamoulis

Associate

Yannis acts in all matters arising in the Company & Commercial sector, including the drafting of franchising and distribution agreements and the conduct of due diligence reviews prior to public offerings. He has advised in asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, spin-offs and restructurings and has experience in advising on EU, Competition & Regulatory Compliance law issues. He has also acted across the full range of matters arising in our Shipping practice, including sale and purchase, ship finance and litigation.

Prior to joining PI Partners, Yannis worked at Arthur Andersen Tax & Business Consultants in Athens.

He received his LL.B. in 1997 from the University of Athens and LL.M. in 1999 from the University of Virginia, where he was a Fellow and returned in April 2004 as a visiting researcher. He also has a second LL.M., which he obtained from the University of Athens in 2000, where he is currently a Ph.D. candidate. Yannis is also a member of the American Bar Association and International Bar Association.
