Vicky Loizides Psaltis

Associate

Vicky’s practice focuses on Company & Commercial and Litigation & Arbitration, with an emphasis on the international aspects of the latter and Mergers & Acquisitions. She has advised in the negotiation of some of the most high-profile cross-border privatizations to have taken place in FYROM, Serbia & Montenegro and Bulgaria.

Prior to joining PI Partners, Vicky worked with the Cyprus based law firm of Lellos P. Demetriades.

Vicky received two LL.B.s, the first from the University of Bristol, England in 1992 and the second from the University of Athens in 2003.
