• Advising Delta Singular, a leading information systems group based in Greece and operating in South East Europe and the UK, in their notification to the Hellenic Competition Commission regarding the acquisition of DSOS, a major local provider of banking payment systems services, by First Data Corporation, achieving clearance of the acquisition by putting forward an argument for the inclusion of captive production in the definition of the relative product market
  
  
• Representing DSOS in their application for an individual exemption of a 10-year exclusive agreement between DSOS and Alpha Bank, its largest customer, the first exemption granted by the Hellenic Competition Commission since 2000
  
  
• Acting on behalf of Fourlis Holdings, one of Greece’s leading home appliance and IT enterprises, as sellers, in the application of Dixons International for clearance of their acquisition of a controlling stake in Kotsovolos, a market leader in the field of electric and electronic appliances in Greece Dixons
  
  
• Acting on behalf of a multinational producer of household consumer goods in relation to the structuring of the acquisition of a trademark and competition issues
  
  
• Advising Turk Telekom in relation to the EU and competition legislative framework regulating the telecoms sector in Turkey in the context of the proposed privatization of the State telecommunications company
  
  
• Advising the Hellenic Petroleum group in relation to their competition law issues on a national and European level, including announcements to the EU Competition Committee
  
  
• Advice to Goody’s, a leading restaurant services company in Greece, on the framework of legislation affecting the production of bread
  
  
• Advising Delta Holdings, one of the largest food manufacturing groups in Greece with subsidiaries in Eastern Europe, on freedom of movement of goods
