Nicholas acts in all types of
Company & Commercial,
Mergers & Acquisitions,
Banking, Finance & Market Operations and
Shipping matters. He has conducted research on a range of Greek and US corporate, Mergers & Acquistitions and securities laws issues, and has drafted various related documentation. Nicholas has been involved in due diligence reviews of both listed and non-listed companies in various contexts from both the acquirer’s and the target’s side in the United States and Greece, most importantly in the IT, energy, shipping and pharmaceutical sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas worked with the New York law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop LLP and as a summer associate at the London firms of Richards Butler and Clyde & Co.
Nicholas received his LL.B. (Honours) from the University of Greenwich, England in 1999 and a Certificate in Chinese Investment Laws from Hong Kong University in 1999. He attended Duke University, United States where he received an LL.M. in Capital Markets Law in 2000, with a scholarship from the Pateras Foundation.
