Maria-Aikaterini Papaharalampous

Maria is specialized in the areas of Company & Commercial and Labour law. She has advised clients on the labour law aspects of some of the most high profile mergers, acquisitions and privatizations to have taken place in Greece. Maria has developed extensive experience in the conduct of due diligence reviews.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a trainee at the legal department of the Treasury of the National Bank of Greece.

Maria has tutored at the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA) on Labour Relations and the Legal Aspects of Human Resources Management in 2003 and 2004. She has attended numerous seminars including most recently on Employee Participation in Undertakings at the Academy of European law (ERA) in Copenhagen.

Maria received her LL.B. from the University of Athens in 1997 and LL.M. from the University of Heidelberg in 1998.
