Johnny Vekris
Prior to joining Potamitis Iliadou (the predecessor of PI Partners) he advised some of the major shipping operators in Greece while at the law offices of Socrates Vekris and also practiced with the Boston-based firm, Bingham Dana & Gould.
Johnny is a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators’ Association. He is widely published and has edited the chapter on Greece in “Modern Legal Systems” written by Prof. Kenneth R. Redden of the University of Virginia.
He received his LL.B. from the University of Athens in 1983, an LL.M from University College, London in 1984 and a further LL.M. from Harvard Law School in 1985.
