Ioannis Antoniadis

Ioannis is experienced in advising on matters arising in the areas of
Banking Finance & Market Operations,
Company & Commercial and
Litigation & Arbitration. He has acted in many judicial disputes before the civil, commercial and administrative courts with a focus on claims by investors against securities companies and banking institutions and experience of acting for both the claimants and defendants. Ioannis also has advised extensively on all types of corporate restructuring, company formation and ongoing corporate governance.
Prior to joining PI Partners he worked as legal counsel of Egnatia Bank SA and Ionian and Popular Bank SA.
Ioannis has served on the board of several companies. He has been published extensively in the legal and financial press, including “The Legal Framework Regulating Movement of Capital in Greece” in the Corporate Counsel’s International Adviser in 1996 and “Bank Capital Adequacy” in the Manager in 1994.
He received his LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Thessaloniki in 1987 and 1990 respectively.
