George Bersis
George has been widely published in his areas of specialization and has drafted the Central Securities’ Depositary Rulebook for Dematerialized Securities in Greece. He is a lecturer at the Athens Exchange training center on securities and derivatives issues. He is also teaching a course on corporate governance in the MSc in Business for Lawyers programme.
He received his LL.B. Hons in 1994 from the University of Athens and an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law in 1996.

George’s practice focuses on advising clients in all areas of Banking, Finance & Market Operations transactions, with extensive experience of acting in initial public offerings, share capital increases, derivatives transactions and syndicated loans.
