Eirinikos has an extensive practice in the field of Company & Commercial and Banking, Finance & Market Operations, with a focus on stock exchange law. He has worked with the Athens Exchange on the introduction of new bills and has experience in acting in administrative Litigation and Shipping finance matters. Eirinikos has taken part in many groundbreaking transactions in Greece, representing leading international banks, brokerage firms and public sector and listed companies. He is admitted both in Piraeus and Bucharest Bar Associations and he is the legal counsel of the Greek Romanian Chamber of Commerce (under formation).
Prior to joining the firm, he worked with Ince & Co. in London.
Eirinikos has published several articles in the legal press, in particular in the Business & Company Law Review. He has also lectured at the Cyprus Stock Exchange on “Introduction to Corporate Governance” and “Disclosure of Information - Comments on Directive 2003/6 on market manipulation” as well as at the Annual Conference of Greek Commercial Law Lawyers.
Eirinikos received his LL.B. from the University of Athens in 1996, with scholarships from the State Institution of Scholarships and the Deutscher Akademischer Austausch-Dienst. He also has received a Magister Juris. from the University of Oxford in 1997, with a scholarship from the L. & A. Voudouris Foundation for Studies in Commercial Law.
