Tati’s practice covers the full spectrum of issues arising in the areas of Company & Commercial and Labour. She counts some of the foremost companies in Greece among her client base. Tati has extensive experience in advising on the appropriate types of companies to be established, corporate structuring, ongoing corporate governance and employment issues arising in day to day business. She has led numerous due diligence reviews in the context of listings as well as mergers and acquisitions and has an expertise in the structuring of stock option plans. Tati’s client base is almost exclusively made up of multinational corporations from a wide variety of industry groups with an emphasis on manufacturing.

Tati was a founding partner of Potamitis Iliadou law firm, the predecessor of PI Partners. She has worked at the firm of Karatzas & Perakis in Athens and as in house counsel to Ernst & Young (Hellas).

She received her LL.B. in 1987 from the University of Athens and a D.E.A. from the University of Sorbonne (Paris II) in Public Law in 1989.
