Diana’s practice focuses on advising her clients on all aspects of Company & Commercial and Banking, Finance & Market Operations law.
Prior to joining PI Partners, she worked at Ernst & Young Bulgaria as an attorney.
Diana has served as a judicial intern at the Sofia City Court and was awarded the Fulbright Grant for Academic Achievements from the Fulbright American-Bulgarian Commission in 2000.
Diana received a Master in Law in 2000 from Sofia University, St. Kliment Ohridski. She also received an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Philadelphia in 2001. Diana attended the Institution Inter-University Center for Human Rights in Sofia, where she followed an advanced year-long course in International Protection of Human Rights from 1998 to 1999 and the Faculté International de Droit Comparé, Strasbourg, France where she followed an Introductory Course in Comparative Law in 1999 held at the University of Graz, Austria. Diana has a Diploma in legal French issued by the Chamber of Commerce in Paris which she obtained in 2003. She became a member of the New York State Bar Association in 2004.
