Constantina Katsigiannaki

Associate

Connie’s practice is focused on the areas of Company & Commercial and Mergers & Acquisitions. She has acted in a number of high-profile domestic and cross-border privatizations, mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures which have taken place in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria, Kosovo and Turkey, representing major market players in the region. Connie is also experienced in advising Greek and international companies from a wide variety of industries on all aspects of Company & Commercial law, in particular in relation to entering into commercial transactions such as distribution, agency and franchise agreements, as well as corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining PI Partners, Connie worked at the Law Office of Souriadakis, Frangakis and Associates in Athens.

Connie regularly publishes Legal Updates on developments in legislation in her areas of practice for distribution to PI Partners’ clients, most recently “Merger Tax Incentives Now Apply Also to Real Estate Companies”, 2004

Connie received her LL.B. and LL.M. in 1995 and 1997 respectively from the University of Athens. She has a second LL.M. from New York University, which she obtained in 1998 with a scholarship from the State Institution of Scholarships.
