The team works closely with the other lawyers of the firm to advise on the Company & Commercial law aspects arising throughout our practice areas, in particular in Banking, Finance & Market Operations and Mergers & Acquisitions. PI Partners acts on an ongoing basis on behalf of some of the leading companies operating in South East Europe across a wide variety of industries. These include Notos Com, a leading Greek distribution & retailing group, Rodina, a Bulgarian corrugated cardboard and packaging manufacturer and a subsidiary of Dunapack, Bentonit, a listed Bulgarian company engaged in mining and minerals, Sofia Hotel Balkan, a listed company which manages the Sheraton in Sofia and is part of the Grecotel group and Rigips, a world leader in the supply of plasterboard and gypsum plasters.
