Associate
Chara has experience in Litigation matters before the Greek courts. Her practice focuses on economic and corporate crime, insider trading and market manipulation, professional negligence, tax and customs offences, environmental law and product liability. She has worked on numerous matters involving business and financial law representing large corporations from the banking and finance error. She has also been involved in Euro-fraud and money laundering cases.
Prior to joining PI Partners, Chara practiced for 5 years at the criminal department of the law office “Anagnostopoulos, Bazinas, Fifis”.
She has published papers in Greek on economy crime and is a member of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association and of the European Criminal Bar Association.
Chara received her LL.B. from the University of Athens in 1994, her LL.M. in 1995 and her Dr. Juris in 1999 from the Ruprecht-Karls-Universitaet Heidelberg.
