Anelia Dinova
Anelia led a technical presentation on the newly enacted Mergers & Acquisitions and Reorganizations legislation in Bulgaria in 2003, working with Ernst & Young and the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria.
Prior to joining the firm, Anelia has worked as an attorney for Ernst & Young Bulgaria, in the Slovak Republic for Weinhold Legal, in St Petersburg for Andersen Legal, at Arthur Andersen in Sofia and as an in-house legal advisor at Ptizevadstvo.
Anelia received her Master in Law from Sofia University, St. Kliment Ohridky in 1988. She also has an M.A. in European Integration from the University of Limerick, Ireland which she received in 1993.
